  We purchased what we thought was a new caravan from Michael Jordan's prior to them being taken over by Marquis. Collection of the caravan was delayed due to a problem with the hot water system, we collected the van a couple of days later. It quickly became obvious that water ingress problems had been going on before we purchased, the front windows had been botch up with sealant which only worked for a short time. We took the van back to Jordan's for warranty repair, again, they botched it up and also did a lot of damage to the inside panels, after a lot of correspondence between us and the manufacturer , the van was taken to another agent and the work was re done. I wrote to the MD of Marquis Leisure to explain what kind of staff he had taken over and the mess they had made of my caravan, guess what? no reply. I can only assume that nothing will have changed at Jordan's, so steer clear, they are absolute rubbish and as for customer care, they haven't a clue what it is. There are so many caravan dealers out (decent ones) try them before Jordan's/Marquis.

  I have recently purchased a new caravan from Michael Jordan Delivery took a couple of weeks longer than we had hoped but we are happy with the service provided. After delivery a few minor snags were found and Michael Jordan`s engineer James came out to our home and rectified the issues at a time convenient to us, a real example of excellent customer service. I would recommend Michael Jordan and will certainly deal with them again in future.Many to all involved.

  This is now Marquis caravans, mostly the same staff as before, Marquis is a big prestige chain of motorhome and caravan centres. This one is vast it also has indoor shop floor space for awnings and camping equipment. Great company, great site, great staff.
